Bell III, PE. Mr. Bell was a beloved family man, a champion of civic duty and. Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and proficiency through daily work experiences and ongoing continuing education. He has nearly 20 years of experience and is a versatile practitioner who has led design teams in a host of market sectors inclusive of commercial, healthcare, municipal, educational, industrial and residential.

A native Savannahian, Mr. Bell joined the firm in and has since led its expansion to eight offices across Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, overseeing a team of engineers and architects. Porth joined the firm in and currently serves as the Director of Survey, SC.

He has more than 40 years of experience planning and designing municipal water, wastewater and natural gas systems throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.

His expertise includes the planning, design and of wastewater collection systems, water distribution systems, transportation systems and site development for commercial, education, government and industrial clients. Caudle joined the firm in and currently serves as a Vice President for the Atlanta architectural division.

Hussey Gay Bell provides civil engineering, land planning, and surveying services throughout Georgia. Armstrong joined the firm in and currently serves as a Vice President for the architectural division. From projects for Georgia Ports Authority and Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America to the infrastructure, housing, education and healthcare facilities necessary to support these projects and for communities to flourish, this is the firm.

Strickland joined the firm in and currently serves as the Principal-in-Charge of the Greenville office as well as the Managing Director, Greenville. During his tenure with the firm, Chance has been instrumental in managing and designing industrial, commercial, residential, institutional and governmental projects throughout the region.
